WHAT’S NEW?

Reading Power is November 11th – 28th!

Now in its 18th year, Reading Power is a fun two-week Read-a-thon. The event encourages the love of reading and directly involves students in fundraising for our schools. Students log the amount of time they read and get donations from friends and extended family for their schools.

Last year, Belmont-Redwood Shores students read 2.1 million minutes to raise $347,225 to support BRSD schools. Those funds support literacy programs, science, music, technology, sports, counselors, and more.

Education Commitment Campaign – A SchoolForce-PTA Partnership

All the BRSSD Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and SchoolForce have partnered together to make it easier than ever before to support our schools. Rather than being asked to contribute to multiple organizations, if you donate during the Education Commitment Campaign time period of Aug 1-Oct 31, a single donation will cover virtually all of your child’s educational needs. One donation can be made to contribute to your PTA, school supplies, and SchoolForce, our education foundation.  Learn more and make your donation today.
