Annual Fundraiser – Moonlight and Martinis
|| The School-Force Annual Fundraiser is a fun district-wide event sponsored by School-Force, the Belmont-Redwood Shores Public Education Foundation. This fabulous yearly event brings people together to raise money to fund staff and programs at all seven schools in our district. Guests enjoy food, dancing and music and fun and have the opportunity to bid on a variety of raffle prizes contributed by local businesses and community members.

Save the date for “Moonlight and Martinis”!
Moonlight and Martinis on March 14, 2015 will include a sit down dinner, dancing, a live band, a high end raffle (more details to come!), and plenty of fun. Last year’s event raised $200,000 for our schools. This year, we will be auctioning all items online (family, business and school donations including parking spots and parties). However we will be saving some select items for the evening of March 14th. More information available soon!

Business donations team members –Solicit local businesses for donations – 3-5hr/wk – Jan-Feb 1st
Donation pick up team members – Pick up donations from local businesses – ~10 hrs Jan/Feb
Business sponsorship team members – Solicit cash sponsorships from local businesses – 5 hr/wk – 4 wk
Auction content editing – assist with donation descriptions – estim. 10 hr – mid Feb
Auction data entry helper – enter donation descriptions in School Auction.net software – estim. 10 hr in Feb
Website updates – Upload content to WordPress-based platform – 4 hr/wk – Jan, Feb
Marketing – Assist in developing event marketing campaign – ~10 hr in Dec/Jan
Graphic Design – Design event – estim. 10-20 hrs between Dec-Jan
